We are all perfectly imperfect. Choose what your perfection looks like.

Everyday you wake up you get to choose what your perfection looks like. Some days it will be lying in bed watching TV all day. Other days you will be on fire with creative ideas, moving forward, self-care and making things happen in your life.

  • Your perfection may be abstaining from alcohol or drinking a glass of wine at night.

  • Your perfection may be smoking a cigarette after dinner.

  • Your perfection may be going to the grocery store in your robe (and a mask)

  • Your perfection may be that you have days of depression, sadness, anxiety, fears followed by days of joy and happiness and being there for others.

What is perfect for you will not be acceptable to someone else - and that's okay.Just don't let anyone choose for you.
